But more than a shop, Lane Collins Co. is a gathering place. In the back, you’ll still find the photography studio — hosting newborn sessions, family portraits, and creative events. And throughout the month, we offer seasonal workshops, mom-and-me classes, and playful pop-ups that invite connection and joy.

We’re here for the everyday magic — the first steps, the muddy knees, the cozy snuggles, and all the in-between moments that deserve to be celebrated.

Whether you’re shopping, snapping photos, or just stopping by to say hi — we’re so glad you’re here.

Newborn Photographer & Community-rooted Creative

Welcome to Lane Collins Co., a heart-led children’s boutique and creative studio tucked in the foothills of Dahlonega, Georgia.

I’m Erika — founder, mama of three, and newborn photographer with a love for capturing the fleeting magic of childhood. For nearly two years, I’ve poured my creativity into my photography studio, capturing everything from brand-new babies to milestone moments. But over time, I began to feel a tug — a deeper calling to create a space that served more than just photo sessions. I saw a need in our community for something more: a space where moms feel seen, where kids can explore, and where beautiful, intentional things are made accessible to local families.

So I expanded.

What began as a studio grew into a carefully curated children’s boutique, offering a blend of timeless clothing, thoughtful gifts, and high-quality essentials for babies and littles. Every piece is handpicked with love — focusing on natural textures, soft tones, and materials that feel as good as they look. Many of our items reflect a slower, more sustainable way of living, with a quiet nod to high-frequency materials and goods made with care.
