Lane Collins Co. Play Yard – General Play Liability Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that children’s play includes inherent risks such as falls, collisions, climbing-related injuries, and general accidents. I voluntarily allow my child(ren) to participate and accept all risks associated with their participation in the Play Yard.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Lane Collins Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, accident, property damage, or loss occurring during participation in Play Yard activities.
3. Rules & Expectations
I agree to follow and enforce all Play Yard rules, including but not limited to:
• No shoes in the play area
• Food and drinks must remain in designated areas only
• No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior
• No climbing on furniture or equipment not designated for climbing
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
I understand Lane Collins Co. staff do not provide child supervision.
The Play Yard is limited to 14 children at a time.
4. Personal Belongings
I understand Lane Collins Co. is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
5. Health Acknowledgement
I confirm that no attending adult or child has experienced fever within the past 24 hours, and my child(ren) are not experiencing illness or contagious symptoms at the time of participation.
Temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Lane Collins Co. reserves the right to refuse entry if a child has a fever of 100.3°F or higher.
6. Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
